Monsooned coffee is unique to India and was discovered by accident when coffee beans were shipped to Europe during the wet monsoon months and were found to have swollen in size due to absorption of moisture in the air.
Cupping Notes: Mellow and with subtle flavours of toffee, decent bodies, buttery, very clean and no trace of acids, but holds up rounded in the palette. Espresso roast brings out a lot of crema in the cup.
