Tony Nicotra - Our Founding Director

As the visionary of Caffé Migliore, Tony's passion and enthusiasm leads the team to excel in every area of Caffé Migliore, from the warehouse team to the office team to the sales and service team. Tony started in the Coffee Industry approximately 20 years ago and during this time has gained extensive knowledge in this industry, he is enjoying it now more than ever before. Apart from previously owning two cafes personally, Tony brings to Caffé Migliore a depth of technical knowledge that is attained by very few whilst encompassing a large passionate vision to see the business have a strong presence in all key cities across Australia.

Paul Pantano

Paul was raised near the town of Linguaglossa. Irrespective of being home or away, his Italian influence is represented in our coffee profiles. Paul started with Caffé Migliore over 5 years ago as a delivery driver, with his youthful exuberance, he is now skilled in all facets of our operations and has a depth of industry knowledge that rivals many other business owners in this industry.

Heidi Nicotra - Office Manager

From the conception of Caffé Migliore Heidi has been keeping her eye on every paper that goes through the office, her accounting and bookkeeping skills have kept growing as new aspects of the office have emerged. From the coffee that is roasted to the machinery that is purchased, Heidi is making sure the i's are dotted and the t's are crossed. Heidi's unique observation skill has been mistaken for nitpicking, but without it the office could not run smoothly and that is the most important thing for Heidi. Heidi's few favorite saying are "have you got the paperwork?", "who signed for this?" and "where's the date?"

From the beautiful isle of Cyprus comes our first administration lady. She enjoys things being pure and natural, from the coffee beans to the salad we share at lunch to her 2 beautiful children. Sonia first joined our family back in June 2005 and still remains with us to this day. what can we say, for her, family is number 1. Sonia also has a genuine concern for doing things right, which is invaluable in the office.

Steven Nestoras - Storeman/Packer/Driver

Steven enjoys working as part of our family and has done so for more than 2 years. Steven's life revolves around coffee, growing and learning many of its intricate facets (love his cafe art). For a young lad his passion for coffee is second only to the Lord himself. Other passions include being a gifted Guitarist and Sportsman. (He is a Dragon supporter)

Jean Desnoux -Roaster

Head Roaster, devoted Christian, French, Single, what more can we say....

Leon Barris - Technician

Comes to us with over 10 years experince in the hospitality and coffee industry and has several years as a barista trainer and is now in charge of the technical service department at Caffe Migliore Pty Ltd. He is constantly smiling and always has a good outlook in life, devoted Christian.

Lisette Carrillo - Administration Assistant

Born and raised in Lancaster Country Pensylvania USA, heart of the Amish Country. Our Puerto Rican American Admin assistant grew up with strong Espresso Blends made by her father on the stovetop.

Lisette enjoys singing (Jazz) - she's sound really good!, writing, walking/hiking. She came to Australia to study (Advanced Diploma of Ministry)

Her motto is: Valuing and adding value to people.
